Passionfruit Mojito

White run, passionfruit, cane sugar & mandarina

Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Tequila, triple sec, pineapple, jalapeno & mandarina.

Moscow Mule

Vodka mint infusion, lime juice & ginger beer.

Thai Iced Tea

Black team rum infusion, absinthe, lime juice, coconut cream, coconut milk, sugar syrup & dash bitters.

Tinto de Verano

Vermouth Rosso, Vermouth Blanco, Vodka Smirnoff, red wine, ginger ale, simple syrup & slice of orange.

Ginger Pisco Sour

Ginger Pisco infusion, lime juice, simple syrup & dash Angostura Bitters.

Sunny Gin

Vanilla gin infusion, lime juice, pineapple juice & soda water.

Tamarindo Whisky Sour

Whisky, lime juice, sugar, syrup & Tamarindo reduction.


Gin, absinthe, lime juice, simple syrup & Thai basil.
