OUR STORY: FROM STREET FOOD TO TROPICAL PARADISE
Phat Noodle was born from a simple desire: to bring the vibrant, soul-warming energy of Asian street food to the lush coast of Costa Rica. What started as a dream to merge bold eastern spices with rich local ingredients has grown into a beloved local landmark. Since opening our doors in 2016, we’ve been serving up steaming bowls, fiery wok creations, and unforgettable moments to locals and travelers from every corner of the globe.
OUR CULINARY PHILOSOPHY
