Blend of lime juice, cane sugar & Thai Fish Sauce tossed with carrots, cabbage, spring onions & peppers with peanuts & ribbons of omelet on gluten free rice noodles. Choice of tofu, chickpeas, calamari, fish, chicken, beef or pork. Shrimp add 1.650. Make it Gluten Free: choose rice noodles. Make it Vegan: choose soy sauce instead of fish sauce, avoid omelet & choose tofu or chickpeas for protein.
